Focus on Sports
At your first appointment, the doctors will perform an evaluation of the injured area(s) & ask questions related to your specific sports injury in order to develop a personalized treatment plan for you.
Treatment will typically involve the use of chiropractic adjustments of the injured area(s) combined with soft tissue techniques (Graston) and structural stabilization (Rock Tape). The aim is to return to full physical activity.

Patients will see faster healing times, faster return to full activity, and faster results when the Graston Technique is added to their rehabilitation program. Click this Link: More info on Graston
Rock Tape
Rock Tape is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons (soft tissue) to provide a lightweight, external support that helps you remain active while recovering from sports injuries. Rock Tape creates neuromuscular feedback (called proprioception) that inhibits (relaxes) or facilitates stronger firing of muscles and tendons. This feedback creates support elements without the bulk and restriction commonly associated with wraps and heavy bracing.
